Are all of the products you sell "natural"?
Well, the answer is "mostly" yes. We say "mostly" because some of the products we use are man-made, but with natural products. Things like the glass bottles, celophane packaging, etc. As for the ingredients...now that's another story! All of our ingredients (the things we mic together to make our wonderful candle & aromatherapy products) are all from natural origin. We believe in using as many natural, earth-based ingredients are we possibly can. It's just the way it should be.

Where do your products ship from, and where are they made?
Our candles (and other products) are made right here in our own home, by hand, in Michigan's capital city - Lansing. Any products ordered online ship directly from Lansing via USPS in recyclable cardboard boxes or recyclable envelopes. We hope you'll get the hint.

We want to know more about Paul & Rob....
Officially unofficial, The best partners in the world, Paul & Rob (that's us), live together in a vintage 1915 house in Lansing, Michigan. We are slowly but steadily "fixing it up", although it's pretty grand & cozy just the way it is. Our dream is to someday buy a small Craftsman-style home in a quiet in-town neighborhood in a progressive city and create our own little temple of peace, solace & tranquility. Until then, we're joyously happy right here. Paul is originally from a small town in northern Ohio, and currently has a "day job" as the General Manager of a restaurant. His passions include his spritualist views, the Pagan religion (which Rob is quickly discovering he is very in-tune with), movies, bike-riding, family events and eating/living healthy. Rob is originally from Lansing, but has lived all over the country due to a previous career in the travel industry, and currently works with Paul....although it's not permanent. His dream is to focus on the candle business, fostering it to a success of magnificent porportions. Rob biggest passions are aviation, music, and cleaning/decorating the house. (Yes, you read that correctly...he loves to clean). Individually we are two different, unique and interesting guys. Together, we are amazing. Our home is a place of peace, with stress-free vibes and a very natural & organic feel. So, any products you order from us are coming from an environment that is calm, relaxed, and full of love.

Can I order a specific fragrance or scent for a candle?
Unfortunately, due to the cost of purchasing fragrance and essential oils for our products, we are unable to "special order" any specific scents at this time. We'd like to be able to offer that option at some point. Right now, we're focusing on getting scents out there that a lot of people just fall in love with! If we purchase a scent that only one or two people end up buying, it doesn't make much sense. We hope you understand. We don't like to waste anything. There's too much of that in the world these days as it is...

How many different fragrances and scents do you use in your products?
If Paul had his way, we'd own every scent known to man. Literally. But, cost-effectiveness doesn't allow us that luxury. Not yet, anyway. As of current, we have approximately 100 different fragrance and essential oil scents that go into our products. We are slowly and steadily adding more as we go. In fact, we've just obtained a few new scents that are not currently in our inventory, which we think will be huge hits! We are working on getting them into the products and out to you - our #1 priority! A few of the new scents are very "earthy", and that's all we're saying right now....

What if I receive a broken or damaged product?
Generally, if the product is something we still carry or produce, and it's in our inventory, we'll replace it right away - providing you follow the procedure below. Here's the skinny; You'll need to return the damaged product to us, at your cost, within the first 10 business days after you receive it, before the replacement items is re-shipped to you. It's just our way of keeping costs as low as possible, and to reduce the chances for fraudulent behavior. If a damaged or broken product is NOT returned (officially post-marked) within the first 10 business days after you receive it, we will not replace it. Sorry. We had to pick a cut-off point, and, well, 10 days seemed fair to us. We hope you'll agree. As a general rule, however, we take great care in packaging up your items before they ship (Rob is quite picky about this) - so they usually arrive safe & snug in their little puffy boxes, and all is well in the world.

What are your most popular scents for candles and other aroma-based products?
Honestly, we have so many it's hard to decide on which ones are really THE most popular. One thing's for sure; Love Spell, Head Shop, Eucalyptus, Spearmint, Lemon Pound Cake and Sweet Orange are good sellers. After a recent road trip to one of our favorite suppliers in the next state over....we've decided we will be introducing some exciting (and "different") new fragrances and scents in the next month or so. Look for new soaps and body washes. Be sure to check back often to see what's happening, and try out all our new smells!
